Art of Living Workshop (23rd May ‘15)




Identifying one’s own strengths and capabilities in today’s stressful scenario is an enigma. Stress is defined as the imbalance between the ability to do work and the work load. To increase productivity and to raise the bar of performance it’s necessary to work on the important human aspects- mind, intellect, memory, spirituality, etc.


An Art of Living workshop was organized on Stress Management on May 24, 2015, for the teaching as well as non-teaching staff. The volunteers served as beacon and described the role of breath in stress management. In the workshop the faculty experienced the power of breath through Bhastrika and Anulom- Vilom pranayam.
