Children's Day Bonanza (14th Nov 2017)

Every year, 14th November is observed as Children’s Day, pan India, to commemorate the birth of our first Prime Minister, Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru. The celebrations are aimed to increase awareness of the rights, care and education of the children. To express our predilection for young Mayorites and to make their day even special and memorable, the School organised an event that included some games like Musical Chair, Hoola-hoop, and their all time favourite Statue Dance.

The winners posed for the momentous pictures while holding their prizes. The Magic Show left the tiny tots gaping in amazement! Getting the tattoo of their favourite comic character or just a sweet little tattoo on the cheek made them feel on cloud nine.

Foot tapping numbers and sumptuous food was a cherry on the cake. The Lucky Dip corner made them feel all through special and cherished. The element of surprise and excitement reached its pinnacle when the junior Mayorites were handed over their return gifts.

The Vice Chairperson Mrs. Neerza Mayor and the Principal Mr. J.S. Hundal wished the tiny-tots a Happy Children’s Day.
