Visit to Commercial unit of Subway (30th May '15)


Students of Baking and Confectionery - the vocational course, from Grade 10+1 visited Subway, the leaders in creating different variants in bread on Wednesday, May 27,2015. The purpose was to understand the functioning of bakery, and its operations. They fathomed the technicalities of the unit and apprehended the knowledge about the commercial unit. The students found this field trip quite informative and helpful in skill development.
