Workshop on ‘How to deal with exam Stress’ (27th December 2018)


An interactive session with grade X and XII was organised on ‘How to deal with exam Stress and tips to score good marks’. Ms. Pooja Arora (Special Educator) and Dr. Shipra (School Counsellor) discussed about the various factors and aspects that contributed to the stress before and during the exam.

Points discussed were goal setting, prioritising, coping with exam pressure, developing the right attitude towards examination and importance of a healthy diet.
