Endeavouring to enhance teaching strategies and promote an environment conducive to effective learning, Mayor World School organised a two -day CBSE workshop on Classroom Management for the educators on 2nd and 3rd February 2024.The primary objective of the workshop was to empower the educators with crucial abilities to cultivate a positive and structured classroom environment. Ms. Madhu Sharma, Former Principal, C.T. World School Jalandhar and Ms. Rajwinder Pal, the Principal, MGN Public School Jalandhar were the resource persons.
The workshop covered various aspects of classroom management. Teachers were guided on setting and communicating clear expectations for student behaviour, adopting different styles of teaching and learning, setting their priorities and acquainting themselves with the approaches and resources for the implementation of management techniques.
The participating teachers enthusiastically engaged in discussions, shared experiences, and collaborated on developing personalised classroom management plans. The participants praised the workshop for its positive impact on their classroom management skills and confidence.
The workshop’s interactive methodology provided the educators with valuable and pragmatic insights tailored to their specific teaching contexts. The success of this workshop highlighted the institution’s unwavering commitment to educational excellence.
