This inspiring quote perfectly captured the spirit of the Inter-House Product Designing Competition held at Mayor World School for Grades IX to XII on 7th May 2025. The event provided a creative platform for the students to showcase their artistic innovation and design skills through a variety of product-based challenges.
The competition featured varied categories including Book Cover Designing for Grade IX, Pot Decoration for Grade X, Umbrella Designing for Grade XI, and Mirror Decoration for Grade XII. Under the critical and encouraging eyes of the esteemed judges- the Vice Principal ,Ms. Charu Trehan and Ms. Amrita Gill- the students were evaluated on their application of medium, neatness, creativity, composition, and overall presentation.
In the Umbrella Designing category, Ranbir Sodhi ( XI A) of Keats House secured the First Position for his inventive and well-executed design. Mehreen Dandiwal (XII C) of Keats House claimed the top spot in Mirror Decoration with her aesthetically captivating and skillfully finished work. In Book Cover Designing, the First Position was jointly awarded to Ibadat Mand ( IX C) of Dickens House and Sohamjit Kaur (IX A) of Shakespeare House for their expressive and original cover concepts. The Pot Decoration category saw Ayana Sehgal (X B) of Keats House emerge victorious with her vibrant and detailed decorative piece.
The School Management congratulated all the winners for their outstanding performance and applauded the effort and creativity of each participant. The event reinforced the School’s vision of nurturing artistic talent and encouraging students to explore the limitless possibilities of creative expression.
