Mayor World School is immensely proud of the stellar achievements of its students, who distinguished themselves, garnering well-earned accolades at the 18th Sub-Junior National Soft Tennis Championship-2025 ,held from 27th March to 31st March 2025, at the AIPL Dream city, Ludhiana. Orchestrated by the Soft Tennis Association Punjab and the Amateur Soft Tennis Federation of India, this prestigious event showcased the talent and unwavering dedication of young tennis athletes nationwide.
The championship was a spectacle of spirited rivalry and exemplary sportsmanship, with participants exhibiting their honed skills and ardent passion for soft tennis.
The Girls’ team, comprising the tenacious Ganeev Kaur (VII D) and Agamya Popli (VIII A), demonstrated remarkable fortitude, securing a commendable third position in the Girls’ Category.
The Boys’ team, featuring Kritagya Kaushal (X C), Medhansh Thapar (X C), Naman Sachdev (IX C), Siddid Popli (X D), and Vedant Sikka (IX B), delivered a spectacular performance, achieving a well-deserved second place triumph in the Boys’ Category.
Their unwavering dedication and meticulous training, fostered and supported by the School, were palpable throughout the championship. The School Management extended its profound congratulations to all the participants and the esteemed coach, Mr Gaurav Kumar , who contributed to the resounding success of the distinguished event.
