Keeping the spirit of learning ignited, Mayor World School conducted an Inter House PowerPoint Presentation Competition on 19th October 2023 for Grade IX to XII, giving a thoughtful platform for the students to present their views on the topic, ‘Space Exploration and the Future of Space Travel’. The competition was presided over by the Deputy Vice Principal, Ms. Charu Trehan. The judges of the competition were Ms.Tanupriya and Ms. Neha Dada.
The presentations were judged on the basis of content, creativity, use of multimedia, originality and presentation skills. The students from all the four Houses participated with eagerness and zeal. The competition was conducted under the keen guidance of the teachers and observation of the judges, who witnessed a wide spectrum of talent and intellectual abilities of the students.
Dickens House comprising Ayan Vij (X-C )and Maureen Jain(IX- D) participated enthusiastically and brought laurels to their house, bagging the first prize. The Second prize was secured by Keats House consisting of Aarish Aggarwal (X-A) and Vikramjit Singh Ahluwalia (XI-A).The third position was clinched by Wordsworth House followed by Shakespeare House at the fourth position.
The School Management congratulated the winners and appreciated all the contenders for the efforts put in by them.
