Mayor World School hosted an exhilarating Inter House Patriotic Song Competition for students of Grades III to V on 13th August 2024.The event brimmed with the spirit of patriotism as talented students from all four houses showcased their vocal prowess through stirring renditions of patriotic songs.
The panel of judges included Ms. Kulwinder Kaur, Head of the Department of Physical Education, and Ms. Kamalpreet Kaur from the Department of English. Their task was no easy feat, given the intense competition and the exceptional performances by the participants. After much deliberation, the results were unveiled, with Shakespeare House emerging as the clear winner. Wordsworth House and Dickens House closely followed, securing second place.
The School Management extended warm congratulations to the winners, recognising their outstanding contributions. Equally commendable were the efforts of all participants, who received encouragement to continue participating in such enriching competitions. As the day concluded, certificates were awarded, marking a memorable celebration of talent and unwavering patriotism.
