Mayor World School proudly organised an Inter- House EVS and G.K. Quiz for Grades III to V on 10th February 2026. The event aimed to nurture curiosity, sharpen intellect, and encourage teamwork among young learners, while enriching their knowledge of environmental studies and general awareness.
The competition brought together enthusiastic participants from all four houses-Dickens House, Keats House, Shakespeare House, and Wordsworth House-who competed across six stimulating rounds: Direct Round, MCQ Round, Buzzer Round, Audio-Visual Round, Mind Boggler Round, and Rapid Fire Round.
After a spirited contest, Dickens House emerged triumphant, represented by Ananya Nayyar (III D), Ritvika Gupta (IV B), Viraj Sehgal (V C), and Ridhwan Aggarwal (V D). Their teamwork and sharp responses secured them the first position, while Wordsworth House claimed the second place with commendable effort and determination.
The winners were awarded certificates in recognition of their achievement. The School Management extended heartfelt congratulations to the victorious team and applauded the efforts of all participants. They also commended the Department of Social Science for meticulously organising such an engrossing and intellectually stimulating competition, which not only enriched the learners’ knowledge but also instilled confidence and a spirit of healthy competition.
