Mayor World has always nurtured young minds with the prismatic hues of knowledge , compassion and affection, and has always been a trailblazer in adding new tints to the airspace of imagination.
Celebrating the varied colours of spectrum, Mayor Galaxy, the pre- primary wing of Mayor World School organised its Annual Function, AURA-Where Light Meets LIFE, with great splendour and exuberance on 12th March 2025.
The event was graced by the presence of distinguished dignitaries, esteemed guests, and enthusiastic parents.
The programme commenced with the traditional lamp lighting ceremony by the Vice Chairperson ,Ms. Neerza Mayor; the Principal, Ms. Divya Keni; the Vice Principal, Ms Charu Trehan; and the Head Mistress of Mayor Galaxy, Ms.Preena Sablok.
In her address, the Principal expressed her delight in witnessing the immense talent and dedication of the young students. She emphasised the significance of holistic development and value-based education.
The event featured a captivating prayer dance that paid tribute to nature’s beauty, setting the tone for the enchanting performances that followed.The students of KG II were honoured for their remarkable achievements during the academic year 2024-25.
The highlight of the celebration was a magical tale titled “The Rainbow Journey,” where a little explorer named Aurora discovered the unique stories of the seven colours of the rainbow. Each colour was represented through an enchanting dance performance by the young Mayorites.
The kaleidoscopic and vibrant journey began with Red Ruby, symbolising adoration and love, followed by Orange Olivia, representing fire and energy.
The radiant adventure continued with Yellow Yara signifying happiness and warmth, and Green Gracia embodying growth and harmony.
Blue Benny, personifying inspiration, and Indigo Ivy, exemplifying rare devotion, were the next colours in Aurora’s expedition .Violet Valerie, denoting ambition, concluded the lively tale with a captivating dance performance.
The celebration culminated in a grand performance by the ardent educators of Mayor Galaxy, leaving the audience spellbound and filled with joy. The Headmistress, Ms. Preena Sablok presented the vote of thanks, expressing her gratitude to everyone who contributed to the success of the event.
The National Anthem’s solemn cadence brought the curtain down on an extraordinary day, brimming with vibrant performances, heartfelt emotions, and timeless recollections.
