Mayor World School hosted a unique and exciting Inter-House Cooking Without Fire Competition for Grades III to V on 30th January 2025, showcasing the culinary skills of its students.
The students from all four houses -Dickens, Keats, Shakespeare and Wordsworth-actively participated in the Competition. The event was judged the Principal, Ms. Divya Keni and the Vice Principal , Ms. Charu Trehan.
The contestants were tasked with the challenge of creating both a savory dish and a dessert, all without the use of fire. The dishes were assessed based on their creativity, presentation, taste, and nutritional value.
Keats House claimed victory, with the exceptional talents of Kohinoor Kang (III-D), Prisha Jain (IV-B), Ravya Aggarwal (IV-B), and Kavya Gulati (V-C) leading the charge. Wordsworth House grabbed the second position. The competition ignited a passion for healthy living, fostered creativity, and built teamwork skills among students. It provided a dynamic platform for students to exhibit their culinary talents and learn from one another’s expertise.
The School Management congratulated the winners and appreciated the earnest endeavours of all the contending teams.
