Mayor World School proudly hosted the Inter House Shark Tank Competition for Grades IX–XII on 30th July 2026.The competition aimed at cultivating entrepreneurial thinking, sharpening communication skills, and encouraging students to transform creative ideas into viable business models.
The event was graced by the esteemed presence of the Vice Principal, Ms. Charu Trehan, and the Head Mistress of Mayor Galaxy, Ms. Preena Sablok.The competition was adjudged by Ms. Radhika Aggarwal from the Department of English and Mr. Taranjot Singh from the Department of Computer Science. The judges posed incisive questions about the products, to which the contenders responded with remarkable confidence and clarity.
Dickens House, comprising Vedansh Khanna (IX‑C), Alaina Batra (X‑C), and Prisha Sekri (XII‑B), emerged victorious with their innovative idea of the Med Alert Bottle. Their originality and eloquent presentation captivated the audience and the panel alike.Shakespeare House secured the second position with their practical innovation, the Magnetic Door Closure. Keats House followed in third place with Care Saathi, a smart watch designed for caregiving support. Wordsworth House stood fourth with their concept of an AI Verifying App.
The School Management extended congratulations to the winners and lauded the comperes for their impeccable presentation. The endeavours of the convener were duly acknowledged, and the educators were extolled for orchestrating a splendid and intellectually stimulating event.
