Mayor World wholeheartedly embraces the belief that small, collective efforts can lead to monumental change, a principle reflected in the School’s recent endeavours. On 5th October 2024, the School successfully organised significant events aimed at nurturing empathy, intellectual curiosity, and a deep sense of social responsibility within the student community.

The ‘Joy of Giving Week,’ celebrated from 30th September 2024 to 5th October 2024, concluded with a Blood Donation Camp. This event, centered around the theme of altruistic giving, served as a powerful platform to promote selflessness and solidarity.

Leading by example, the Vice Chairperson Ms. Neerza Mayor made a significant impact by being the first to donate blood, motivating teachers and parents alike to join in this life-saving cause. The Principal Ms.Divya Keni and the Deputy Vice Principal Ms.Charu Trehan also stepped forward to contribute to the life- saving initiative.

As a result, the members of school faculty ,parents and volunteers magnanimously contributed to this humanitarian effort. Approximately thirty one individuals participated in the camp .In recognition of their virtuous act, donors were awarded certificates of appreciation and provided with refreshments.

Simultaneously, the Book Fair sparked an atmosphere of excitement among both students and parents, offering a rich selection of books spanning numerous genres and authors. This literary celebration encouraged readers of all ages to delve into diverse worlds of knowledge, promoting a lifelong passion for reading and exploration. The event not only broadened intellectual horizons but also fostered a vibrant culture of learning and curiosity within the learners.

A stall featuring exquisite artefacts crafted by members of APAAR, a charitable trust for individuals with intellectual disabilities, was set up to raise awareness of their creative talents among visitors .”Neki ki Dukan” was a fantastic addition by the Department of Art, showcasing an amazing display of creativity!

To foster curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking among students a highly engaging and informative Science Exhibition was also organised which unveiled innovative projects and experiments conceived and developed by students.

The Vice Chairperson accompanied by the dignitaries inaugurated the exhibition, extolling the learners’ ingenuity and enthusiasm. The event attracted visitors, including parents, teachers, and students.

A vibrant spectrum of around fifty projects, spanning the fields of Robotics, Environmental Science, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, showcased the students’ ingenuity and dedication.These models included everything from eco-friendly energy solution and they highlighted the innovation and technical skills of the students.

The advanced water purification systems, innovative recycling techniques, smart dustbin models, the intriguing magic counter, engaging buzz games, and were really engaging.

The interactive live counters, including Blood Group Testing and captivating Chemistry Experiments, were thoughtfully set up, offering students a hands-on learning opportunity.

The students’ relentless effort and dedication were reflected in the precision and creativity of their meticulously designed experiments and presentations.
The exhibition served as a testament to the institution’s unwavering commitment to fostering scientific inquiry and cultivating the minds of future innovators and trailblazers.

The Vice Chairperson extolled the educators for their painstaking endeavours , recognising them as powerful catalysts, propelling the students towards academic excellence and personal growth. She also extended sincere appreciation to the parents acknowledging that their unwavering support and enthusiastic involvement have been pivotal in nurturing the School’s core values and vision.
