Committed to serve, Mayor World firmly believes that our little acts of social service and understanding human values can bring about a positive social change.
To bring out the benevolent and caring side of the students, and to commemorate the martyrdom of Shri Guru Arjan Dev Ji, the students of Grade X and the teachers of Mayor World School, Jalandhar organised a ‘Chabeel’, a social service camp to soothe the parched souls with sweet and cold water on 30th May 2023, near the school gate.
All the students made and distributed the cool drink with zeal and enthusiasm. With Mercury soaring high, many passers by, shopkeepers, rickshaw pullers and vendors quenched their thirst in the broiling sun. All the visitors showered their heartfelt blessings on the students and applauded their efforts. The students were really touched with love, affection and support of the city people.
The School Management appreciated the zealous efforts of the students and motivated them to participate in such beautiful acts of serving the society.
