Mayor World School bade an emotional adieu to the outgoing Grade XII students on 30th January 2026 through a spectacular farewell celebration titled ‘Radiant Reminiscences’. The day unfolded as a beautiful blend of emotions, memories, and celebrations, leaving everyone present deeply touched.
The students of Grade XI curated a vibrant and engaging programme featuring graceful dances, soulful musical performances, and entertaining games, which made the occasion both nostalgic and delightful. Dressed in elegant Indian formal wear, the seniors looked absolutely resplendent as they entered the venue, radiating confidence, grace, and youthful charm.
Music, dance, and laughter filled the air, creating an atmosphere brimming with warmth, affection, and nostalgia. The humorous and creative titles bestowed upon the outgoing students evoked cherished memories of their 17-year journey at School. Adding to the emotional resonance of the occasion, the speeches by the Head Boy and Head Girl beautifully reflected upon unforgettable experiences, friendships, and lessons learned, touching every heart in the audience.
One of the most awaited highlights of the day was the ramp walk, where the seniors showcased their charm, confidence, and unique personalities, earning thunderous applause from all present. The event also featured special recognitions that celebrated excellence, style, and individuality. Samaira Jain was crowned Ms. Mayorite, while Manroop Singh received the title of Mr. Mayorite. The title of Ms. Charming was conferred upon Cheryl Jain , and Mr.Handsome was awarded to Shubhraj Singh . Drisha Jain was honoured with the Best Outfit (Female), and received Best Outfit (Male). Moreover, Veda Jain was declared Ms.Confident. The event was judged by the Special Educator, Ms.Pooja Arora and Ms Preeti Kakkar , the Head, Department of Dance and Music at Mayor World School.
The function was graced by Ms. Shamly Sud, Managing Director of GHSL Limited, who presided as the Guest of Honour. Her esteemed presence added prestige to the occasion, and her encouraging words served as a source of motivation and inspiration for the young graduates as they prepare to embark on new journeys.
The Vice Chairperson, Ms. Neerza Mayor, and the Vice Principal, Ms. Charu Trehan, also blessed the outgoing batch with their heartfelt words of encouragement. Ms. Neerza Mayor acknowledged the emotional challenge of bidding farewell, yet reminded the students that this moment marked the beginning of a new chapter. She urged them to pursue their dreams with determination, work hard, remain resilient, and leave no stone unturned in achieving success.
The farewell was not merely a goodbye, but a heartfelt celebration of memories, milestones, and the promise of bright futures. It left behind an indelible mark of love, laughter, gratitude, and inspiration for the graduating class of 2026, who will forever remain an integral part of the Mayor World School family.
